Our base metals include 925 sterling silver, 316L surgical stainless steel, and brass.

Solid gold is also available upon request. All of our jewelry undergoes rigorous testing before, during and after production to ensure the highest level of quality and durability. We meet all the standards set by the Jewelers' Supervisory Committee.

Vermeil is a term used to describe high-quality jewelry that must meet the following standards:

1. The base metal is 925 sterling silver.
2. The gold carat must be at least 12 carats. We use 14 and 18 carats, depending on the piece.
3. The gold must be at least 2.5 microns thick. This is a much higher thickness than electroplating or typical gold-dipped jewelry and will last longer than typical gold-plated items.

Jewelry should be kept dry.
If jewelry is not used frequently, store it in the dust bag provided.
Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-resistant fabric and have a separate space for each piece.
If your climate is humid, put a small package of desiccant crystals inside your storage space. Avoid storing jewelry with rubber products. Always remove jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemicals. Chlorine, especially at high temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor gold jewelry. Gently wipe gold or vermeil jewelry with a soft polishing cloth.

Our gold-plated products are finished to the same quality specifications as our vermeil jewelry. The process we use is the best high quality plating available. This process allows our gold-plated jewelry to last longer than any typical plating you are used to. We are constantly working to improve processes to ensure the maximum durability of our products.

1. Much lower prices. This indicates a low-quality material and/or plating finish that significantly compromises the longevity and quality of the item.
